De-Cluttering & NYC

Its a post that isn’t about a subscription box! =O Speaking of subscription boxes, I’ll be honest with you…I’m unsubscribing from the majority of them (save for Book of the Month, which I actually use). I’ve already unsubbed from Ellie…while it was great, my workout schedule as of late has been non-existent, and I already have quite a bit of workout clothes. I’ll also be unsubbing from FabFitFun after I receive this Winter box (I knowww it was my favorite!). I just found that I wasn’t really using all of the products sent and they were just contributing to clutter. Trip to Niagara Falls and Toronto!

This past week/weekend, Steve and I went to Niagara Falls and Toronto! I’ve always wanted to go there…I was actually supposed to a couple years back with my parents, but literally 2 nights before I realized my passport had expired so we cancelled haha. The original plan was to go camping on the drive up on Thursday night, stay 1 night on the New York side of Niagara, and then 2 nights in Toronto. It ended up being a crazy thunderstorm all day Thursday, so we just drove straight to Niagara (about 7 hours) and stayed there for 2 nights instead. Colorado, Snow, and Emeals

Hello friends! Hope everyone is having a great 2014 so far! Last weekend, Shawn and I went to Copper Mountain, Colorado for an event related to his job. It was a ton of fun! We tried tubing and snowshoeing…both were a blast. The weather was perfect (and actually much warmer than what its been here in Philly this week). Its absolutely gorgeous up there too, and luckily the altitude didn’t really bother me that much. Pics below: The day after we get back into Philly (Tuesday), a big snowstorm hit.
